Rodin: A Passion for Movement is by far one of my all-time favorite art books. The man responsible for such famous statues as The Thinker, Rodin was also behind some of the world’s most beautiful bronze sculptures every created. This book, which ranks at number 5 on The Style Group’s Top 10 Art Books List, depicts some of Rodin’s most brilliant work from his career. Focused on three aspects that this artist was known for utilizing in his work, (movement, light, and shade), the book also includes gorgeous photos and drawings, as well as narratives for some good quality reading next to the fireplace.
