Post Ranch Inn Big Sur
The first thing you’ll notice about the Post Ranch
Inn is the congruous nature of the architecture, I think
in their press kit they refer to it as “organic
architecture”. When you approach the rooms, you
don’t see buildings, well not in the typical sense.
And rarely a door or entryway. Architect Mickey Muennig
has hidden the rooms stealthily into the hillsides,
under the plants, and in the trees. Which is where we
found our room, quietly perched in the trees...
